the escape - car got BAM!!!

As I was going and following my lane like I always do, abiding by the crazy laws of driving.... suddenly... BAM!!! this not-so-young uncle hit and practically ran away... HAH!!! I ain't your ordinary female driver ooi uncle and not forgetting the dying sun practically eating us alive, followed him of course and *bells ringing in my head* the ran-away driver thought he lost me and stop in front of MY youngest brother primary school. Apparently his kid goes there too. Can you believe it, being a grown man at least he can *hello?* come out of his car to see the damage, but nooooo, it seems that he's too busy on the phone talking to who-knows-who. Knock on his window *knock knock* and he have the nerve to ask me to wait a while. Me being patient after the incident (no idea why O_+) said ok and I went to find my brother and ask him to wait in the car while I sort this out. And then *rubs hands* let the story begins. He claimed that I entered his lane and bang into his 4 wheel drive while I was driving my tiny bitsy kancil. Wow! If I were to bang his ride, geez, the damage would be mostly on my car but apparently, mine was a tiny scratch while his right side of the car (the two doors) were dented in a way that only he can achieved it if HE were to cut into my lane and thus the BANG!!! After explaining it to him bout the real situation he remain *silent* and resort to "Let's make a report and claim from our insurance." and I was like "Give me your details and you'll be hearing from my dad." And my brains were going like "you trying to step on me, hahaha."

So, when home, let bro have his lunch and Voila! dad's home, told him bout the incident and gave him the details n bla bla bla, and he gave that person a call. And my oh my, he's trying to change the story saying it's my fault and it's so clear that his voice is always on the rise. Gosh, look who's panicking now =). No one can run around trees with dad *proud of you dad* and dad, uncle n me are off to see him again... guess where? Duh! the hot and sexy crime spot! (infront of EQ). Went there and showed dad his car and the ever so obvious dent that the poor car had to suffer, saw the running around the trees and the bush and if given a chance he might even run around the buildings there and then. But too bad uncle, you got nailed at every story that you conjured up out of thin air that doesn't even make sense (well I guess it does make sense BUT to you only) and frankly you got what you deserve and *ching* *ching* $$$ you are paying for it. =P

What an interesting event to start of my day. =)

a catch up moment...

I've been neglecting my blog for ages due to my procrastination issues. Everytime I'm online, the first site that I'll do is sign in to MSN, then log in into Gmail, then Facebook, and who knows how long that'll take, and the rest is history. Poor bloggie is left to rot. So many things happened, M.J. passing to a better place, mid-terms coming up and gosh!, nothing done so far. Me getting a part-time just to keep me occupied and my brains working all the time insead of dwelling on everything and thinking crap. But I have to admit, working is fun to the max, haha, maybe lots of you will like totally disagree with me but heck, to me it has been always a new day for me. I'm working in a law firm and ys, you can imagine the kind of work I'll be dealing with. Some of you have come to me and, why a law firm? But to me it's why not? It may be fun and we'll never know till we try it out and Y-E-S to me, it has been interesting all the way and I'm not regretting it. =D People normally have this image in their mind where a people working in law firm's dead boring and deals with the various clauses of law in litigation, conveyancing and many more, but to tell you the truth, the lawyers and my seniors there are all out-going and not dead boring at all. So many things to discuss about, new things to learn everyday and food, my oh my the food *slurps*. *Hush* I'll let you guess bout the food =)
Missing my brother lots ever since he went to KL for studies, oh boy, the house is not as noisy as it once were. *sigh*
I know I have to study instead of updating my blog in a very super duper long time, but I'll be finally legal tomorrow! I'm so excited. Weeee.... *Warning, this is where my insanity strikes yet again, Hahaha =D* And for that, I'll be cooking my own spaghetti for lunch tmr, yippie the kitchen's mine, so move away now lil brother.
Ciaoz, mum's bugging me to get off the comp now.... Oh well, books here I unwillingly come.

Dating books, where are the men?

*Poof* I've return after a while, had some stuff to do that actually kept me away from here and glued to the interesting pages of wonderful and captivating world written by talented writer Colin Forbes. I was busy going through books, lots of books that I realised I haven't read yet. Weee =D
Here are the picture of the first 2 books that I practically couldn't stop reading. One is called Rhinoceros, which is actually not about the animal rhinoceros but a nickname given to a very mysterious and unknown man, and the second book is called The Main Chance. Intheresting drama that I believe if not taken care of can happen to us in this modern competitive world. More are on the way. *Rushes off to read a couple of untouched books*

Thoughts...

In life, I believe it's exactly like a roller-coaster. One moment we're up, and the very next, we'll be at the very bottom without a slightest chance to pull on the emergency brake. Is this what we want? A life of hilarious and constant drama everywhere everyday? How will we know if we're doing the right thing? Must we stop, think and analyse every single thing every time even though it feels like it is the right thing to do? It's confusing sometimes as we won't know if we're pleasing someone or pissing them off. We can't escape every time we're stuck in some shit that seems impossible to erase from our memories. No matter what has been done or what's happening as each hand ticks on our life's clock, memories are forever there to stay whether we like it or not. Some of us may laugh, some may cry, some may even be lost in thoughts only known to them whenever we think back into our past. The future is in our grasp and only if we work for it. A slight twist of faith can either mold us or break us. I believe it is tough sometimes maybe most of the time for some of us, there's nothing to lose but all we can do is have faith.
Tears will stream down on our face when we lose something you cannot replace, something lost or broken and gone. We have to learn from our mistakes and from there only can we be stronger to face each new day. Always go for the extra mile to succeed.

A performance worth attending

I had an interesting time-out from home for a while. Crash at relatives a.k.a. beloved godparents place since 17th - 28th April. Took the train all over since that's my solo main transport minus the jam that I can totally rely on. When for a couple of movies and the movie 'The Uninvited' is a total MUST!!! It just keeps your brain working out the posible storyline and BAM you're in for a twist in the end. It's brilliant =)

Met up with some friends too and caught a Malaysian Philharmonic Orchestra performance too which turns out great and exciting. It was conducted by known Kees Bakels who's full of energetic energy. There was a starring guest, Julian Rachlin, who performs solo for Stravinsky's piece while being accompanied by the orchestra's string players. They performed three peices which are Haydn - Symphony No.95 in C minor, Stravinsky - Violin Concerto, and the final peice is by, Shostakovich - Symphony No.12 in D minor (Op.112) – “The Year 1917”. And the rest was all in total bliss.

And a very big thanks to beloved 'God-bro' for fetching me back home *hugs*. It was a fun, thrilling, and high journey all the way wasn't it. *Giggles* My-oh-my, I so LOVE secrets!!! =D

Quickie

Hey hey peeps =)
Am in KL now for a short break to meet up with friends and am currently staying with relatives a.k.a. godparents too. Went up to catch up on MVFS which is currently happening this month. Lol. Caught up for steamboat the other day with Ryan, Marian, Beky and Vish. The wather here is not as hot as Malacca thankfully. Missing my homecooked food right. Had an interesting day today, caught up for the Sinjuku movie. Pretty sad ending but I kind of expected it from the beginning. It's happening right here everywhere actually.
Some lil birdy just told me that he enjoys 'quickie' if you get the drift. Hmmm mmm. Wondering who it is right now? Don't we all have secrets. Well that's for me to know and for you to find out. =P

Over-active Brains

I woke this morning thinking that I was awaken by my brother's handphone ringtone. I kept telling myself that he's gonna answer it anytime soon and of all songs it was Burning up by The Jonas Brothers. To my horror, it kept ringing and ringing until the whole entire song was played out and I there lying in bed mind wide awake ready to give my brother a peice of my mind. I jump out, yes I actually jump out of bed this morning, and open my door and voila, brother was watching the tv in the 2nd hall. When I asked him why on earth he didn't answer his noisy little handphone, he looked at me till his eyes almost pop-out of its rightful place and told me that it was on silent mode. And when I listen to the entire house, to my horror it was actually pretty quiet. Brother was laughing out loud. Gosh. This is the 2nd time it has happened to me, why oh why is my lil brain over active even before I'm awake!!! Arghhh. I need sleep mate.

Au revoir et a bientot

Sunburst KL

Arghhh... I so wanna work for this year's Sunburst KL, the annual music festival featuring international and local acts *wishing cuzzie is performing*, but due to other circumstances, it's a no no this year. Oh well... there's always next year =)
My mid-term is done for, and now ahoy there.. finals are finally just around the corner and I'm happy that mine's in the first week of the exam. I'll definitely faint and probably can't wake up if ever the dates are like so far from one another, the horror of waiting until it's finally over. It's not like my current dates are far away, I've just realise that it's pretty close to one another. Gosh!! Hope I do have the time to finish studying for everything. Can you believe it, it's like 16 topics for one exam, it's insane, INSANE!!!
Having lots of time lately due to my university timetable and daily activities, I'm so missing my oh-so-hectic-life-that-I-had-before. *=S* Taking up beginners French classes now and oh boy it's so much fun. The lecturer is not bad, he'll teach us the correct way to pronounce words till we get it right, homework and all. The fun of it. Anyway, going off to finish assignments. A demain. =)

a new tiger in town

Well well, here I am again *actually I kinda forgot to update no matter how many times I've reminded myself* writting away *grins*. Anyway, I've enrolled myself to be part of the M-FIW '08 which was held at The Gardens in KL from 26-29 of Nov 08. It was a heck of a fun for the entire show with great people, shows, and new friends. The MIFA team was great altho their work was hectic all the way. Met up with some FC peeps from worms, gronks, bhw, I'm elites... and erm... did I miss out any? Hmmm? But all this won't happen without the help of Alexis and Vish =D *huggies*. During the last day of the event, I think I was a lil tipsy, woke up the following day and I was 'Where am I? Oohh O_O'. ' Ooops, hehe I guess I was hit by a certain bug and found a tiger on the way. ><

When back to lil home sweet home and had to repacked another luggage coz going up KL again but this time it's with family for a shopping spree, woo hoo!!! It's fun shopping, especially when parents are around because we don't really have to worry bout the lil green paper that seems to be flying all about. *smiles wickedly* =D Then back home as usual and a lil after that when back up to see the lil tiger that I've befriended at the fashion event. The tiger's just so adorable in lots of ways that you can possibly imagine.

Back home bout a week later, and with the xmas spirit in the air, me n bro clean and decorated the house. We went down to JB for xmas celebration at grams house as other relatives are flying in all over to celebrate it with us. Mum and I wore saree for xmas mass celebration. *phew* Thank goodness it's over coz it's like so hot inside, really glad it over, wondering how those ladies can just wear them throughout the entire day. Wow!! On xmas day itself, we all, as in whoever was in the house at the moment, 4 families at that moment, woke up early, had breakfast and had a carolling session in the house. I played the keyboard that dearest uncle=goddad brought while he played one of his fav guitars. In and out of tunes all over the places but heck it's family singing xmas carols, so urm, half ears closed. Later, this is when it gets worst, before leaving to Malacca again, I had a boil. Damn it hurts like hell. Had to endure it while back up in Klang for a cousin's wedding. They're from Australia but since most of their relatives were here, the wedding's here. And when all's over, back home and straight to fam doc. He straight away took it out and I was pratically screaming like it's the last day on earth. Goes on for another couple of days, but thatnks to him now, I'm cured. He said I'm lucky that the boil's gone cause if not some of it might end up in the kidney and worst case scenario is that I might get kidney problem or some bone iffection or some sort like it cause the area that I had it was on top of the hip bone which is like super close to the kidney. Thanks doc, you're the best.

Had to celebrate the New Year at home while recovering, sob sob, but it's alright. Had a lil party at home for it. Helping mum in the kitchen, chopping and cutting away. I made a few dishes, Yay!! And it's Y-U-M-M-Y!! =D

A lil later, the same particular tiger decided to pay a visit to historical Malacca for a few days. *Clueless as to where to go, so we just wonder around*. Bored at home, so I decided to go thru all the music books, and finally decided to learn a couple of Brahms pieces. It looks and sounds interesting. Now that the song is stuck to my head, weeee, music week ahead.
